About Me:
I have been interested in REI for a long time. I have a large family, and i am a reluctant work-o-haulic. I would love to do ( and its my goal to do) investing full time. Though as of this date i havent completed a deal yet. When i do use REI to give myself some free time i would like to spend more time with my family, play my bass guitar, and maybe even travel. The Procrastination Bandwagon - what a great title I am sure many people can relate to it.
It is so difficult to take action and then run into someone like your agent who talked you out of things.
I haven't completed any deals yet but I am working on some. I am out and about. I have talked to several people. Sent lots of emails. Looked at lots of properties. I am just really trying to get a sense of my market, prices, comparing properties. etc..
I try and do something everyday that relates to RE, just commit to keep coming back to the site if nothing else. Other people's postings are so motivational.
Watch some of the videos on Dean's Medis if you haven't watched them in a while.
