I've been interested in REI for quite some time now but never knew where to start and was always hesitant to take that first step because of horror stories we've all heard. I bought Dean's books about a year and a half ago but do to my job I was deployed shortly after. I haven't been able to really get started yet other than just reading on here and Dean's books. I'm completely determined to get started in this and become a successful RE investor! I currently have a good job that I enjoy but I would really rather be my own boss and set my own hours and not have anyone to answer to but myself. (And my wife of course!) REI is a dream of mine and it's time I make it come true!
