out of the university, without credit or work history,
as an all-inclusive trust deed in 1991 in a very depressed
real estate market and during a very deep recession in San Diego.
Then in the up market, refinanced my home and requested my mother to
also refinance her home and together we bought a 7 unit apartment building.
My husband, who is a contractor remodeled the
units that we then sold and purchased a 14 unit apartment building.
We have now remodeled the 14 unit and doubled the value as well as the
income. We took a very run down building and turned it into a beautiful
and serene property. Our motto is: "Increasing the standard of Living and
Quality of Life Wherever We Go". We now have the necessary
city permits for a condo conversion when the market is right.
We are now looking to make our next move, but need to be creative
