Hi Andre,
I was wondering what would you say would be the first thing to do ? I am stay at home mother and my husband is in the rat race. I am trying to get my feet wet getting into this REI. I am motivated but seem to be getting so much information and not knowing which to implement first. Could you give some suggetions of the most important places to start. I don't want my husband working so hard anymore. It's been up and down with work comming in. He is a welder by trade but he is very able to do many construction and hvac. andrew here....build a buyers list.....and from that buyers list seperate specific criteria for each buyer...such as are they a cash buyer...what do they look for..single family, multi family...what areas, citys, and or county's do they buy in...then go find deals that fit their criteria and assign the contract to them....
