I believe Dean has created a wonderful resource for all of us! The DG website is filled with information, knowledge and capabilities!

Entrepreneurs are the backbone of what made and continues to make the United States of America great! I believe Dean Graziosi is a wonderful entreprenuer that gives back to all of us and I want to thank him for creating this website and being part of our lives.

I think about the dedication speech by Walt Disney when he opened Disneyland on July 17, 1955:

“To all who come to this happy place: Welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here, age relives fond memories of the past, and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America, with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.”

The DG Website is the DG students "Happy Place" where we can share "ideas, dreams, encouragement and inspiration". In this place there is no such thing as fear, uncertainty or even one "nay-sayer" What we find here are the great stories of Success! Victory! Courage! Belief! Achievement! and Triumph! ~ Carpe Diem! I can't believe how fast the past few months have flown by. It seems like just yesterday we were returning on the 4 hour plane ride from Arizona from Dean's Live Gain the EDGE Event 2009! We had such a passion and burning desire to apply Dean's concepts, tips, techniques and strategies to succeed that continues today! As we completed our "To Do" list for when we got home, the first and foremost goal was to get registered on the DG website. On that 4 hour plane ride we discussed almost 100 potential user names for the DG website and it was great how we came up with the names "Chasing the Dream" and "Indiana-Joe". Everyday Dean, his books, his programs and the DG Website inspire us to Go for it! and to keep Chasing the Dream! Believe and Achieve! - Joe

Thank you for taking the time to post on my page. I really appreciate the kindness. I do enjoy reading about what you and Joe are doing. It's inspiring and it makes me happy that you are both having such great successes. I'm living a bit vicariously through you both since I live not that far from you. I now live in SE Wisconsin but I work near Chicago (where I lived for 11 years). So I consider Wisconsin over to Harbor Country in Michigan and everything in between home! Looking forward to reading more about your future successes!

I live in chicago heights and i wanted to no can you really put dean methods in action,while not being a realestate gent in ILLinios.Dean's stratigies in his book can go around the laws in our state.I need to no some more info about this, so i won't feel like i am doing something against the laws in our state, just want to feel right when i do the program in his book,Or someone from our state can put me at ease about this process. Thank you !

So sorry to get back to you late on your question. I have been busy with Real Estate and the summer and I do apologize.
Dean's information does work. All the people in his books are real, I have personally met and am friends with all of them.
I always tell everyone to make sure you look into the laws, rules, for your state. That doesn't mean it can't be done, but there are different rules that you do have to follow.
Remember this...Dean doesn't give you information that wont work. It is up to everyone to take action and make it work.

I have been to Disneyland a total of 5 times my whole life and I remember thinking to myself what a wonderful idea Walt Disney came up with. Many have tried to copycat his idea but the many times I've been there to Disneyland (California) It's always been fantastic. I get that same kind of feeling right here in Dean Graziosi Familyland.

Glad to see your are on the site. I hope you enjoy Dean's new book and you will get a lot of information from it. I have to admit, this is my favorite book from Dean.
I have gotten all of Dean's new items, SFL and EDGE 2010, I am sure you will be amazed at all the information that you have at your finger tips. Dean is always so giving and helpful, it is incredible as to the lengths Dean goes to- to help his students succeed.

I am looking to wholesale to start because I don't have any money to invest. Scared to death about starting and not being able to finish or do this the right way. Can you help??

Thank you for visiting my guestpage. The key to success is getting to know your target market area. This can be the area that other cash buyers are looking for. Dean's SFL system is great at building a list of cash buyers in 2 counties of your choosing. Also, you want to build your buyer's list through various other ways. Once you have the buyers, you know where they want to buy. Take this information and lock up some deals. Yo ucna make money by doign bird dogging, assignments or double closes. I hope this helps.
