I like properties in the Dallas area, because there is so much growth and lots of money to be made in that area. Also I like Chicago with property values being super cheap why not invest in Chicago. I like Miami but I'm not sold because of the job market in that area. Until I see a recovery I'll watch from afar.
Right Info Wrong Directions
Before I came across DG. I read other books on real estate but all the info was good info but they all failed to address the problem so many first timers have. And the problem is finance. Unless you have $10,000 or more, decent credit and some form of income coming in. That's the only way I see real estate REALLY working. It's easy to set up deals but where are you going to get investors to lend you money. I myself can always find the deals but when it comes to investors they are hard to find. The good ones are. When it comes to DG book it has some good info but still I need good investors. To fund some of the deals I come in touch with.
