Several years ago I bought my house in Somerset with 6 attached acres. I then proceeded to split the 6 acres into 2 three acre lots and sold them as such. So my development was tiny, but nonetheless, it was quite profitable.
Looks like about 99.5% of the folks are here are looking for OPM (cash) in some form or another to make their deals happen. I know I am.
