My fiance and I decided that "working" for a living is not nearly as much fun or rewarding as something that will eventually make us wealthy. After reading numerous books on investing in stocks and bonds, to real estate, to entrepreneurship, we decided without a doubt that real estate is the direction we want to take. After finding mentors and working on setting up our foundation we are just now getting to the point to purchase our first investement property and we couldn't be more excited about it!
