Thank you Joe. I am swamped each day, night, and weekends. Doing 45 hours a week day job, and 35 hours a week Real Estate. I don't get much time on Dean's site anymore to chat, etc. I am happy to be working so hard toward the ultimate goal of quitting the day job and doing RE only. I find it stimulating, challenging, and fun. DGBeck, LLC is a family business with my son Darren. He is putting in the full time hours and weekends we just drive each other :)crazy?
