Where do you live?

I have one buyer in particular, he is a little hesitant and a little difficult but he has money (real investor, with partners) and he invests all over the country. (NY CA FL AZ IL MA CT NJ MI, that I know of) open to all areas, as long as the $#s are good
He can afford to buy at a higher rate than the average buyer, just looking for a great deal #'s wise. Can afford to just to buy and hold too.

Get out there are find a great deal, let me know about it and maybe my buyer will be a match!

What's up Angela? You are becoming of friend of mine in here because you know what I been going through. I had to quit that job so now I have 1 month's income saved up . I plan on trying to borrow money from a friend if I can't get a deal SOON. I am starting to look at REO's because my coach told me that yesterday. I have to find a hard money lender to let buy the property because banks as you know don't like assignments. After I buy it with hard cash , I will quickly find a buyer and sell it for a profit. This all sounds too good to be true but hopefully it is. I live in PA BTW and I would like to know if your buyer would purchase here in the Lehigh Valley area. Thanks , have a great weekend!

Where are you in relation to Brooklyn NY? This is not where I live but there are a bunch of us planning a get together and if is not out of the question maybe you should 'come and play', how old are your kids? Maybe I can bring my teenagers to babysit and we can make a day of it!

Hi, my name is Venus and I am having a realy hard time finding all the contract on this site. I went to ieecontracts and there is only one.
I also cant find any where to ask for help with the site. Do you know where I can find these contracte?
1. Investors Purchase Agreement w/lead paint notice.
2. Property Disclosure notice
3. Dischare of agreement to purchase.
4. Disclosure Statement.

I'm curently working on my spanish add and wanted tips on how you did it. How has the 1800# working for you?

I am not sure where I mentioned that but I did run one or 2 one Craigslist because of the large latino population and me being one. I didn't get any calls but I didn't stay with it . I believed I saved it so if you want , I can email it to you.

I am not using an 800# but a local # from ringcentral.com. I believe a local # is more successful for thsi business. Thanks!
