OfflineI have been studying Real Estate since high school. While in high school everyone was making money in Real Estate. I knew a J.O.B. was not the way out, so I have been studying and learning Real Estate since. Unfortunately, by the time I graduated in 2007 the economy was going down hill fast. I got my real estate license and have never been an active realtor. I tried to get started as an agent but it never happened. I was never very interested in the whole aspect of driving people around to find them a house. I knew there was so much more to real estate, but I didn't know what it was.
I saw my dad reading one of Deans book's once and I didn't think much of it. I recognized his face on the cover from TV. About one year ago, almost to the day, my dad told me about deangraziosi.com, so I started going on. He bought the RBBP and I started watching the 2011 EDGE dvd's that came with it. I spent a whole week just popping in dvd after dvd and watched some over and over. That is when I started learning Dean's techniques and it has opened my eyes to so much more. I have studied Real Estate Investing so much this year that no one can tell me it is not possible. I know it is possible to become a multi millionaire from real estate investing.
I have started, I have gotten a handful of cash buyers, and I have an agent putting in 5 offers a day for me. So far the hardest part about this business has been to have the confidence every single day to go out and do what you had planned on your agenda. This business is so much more than just buying and selling houses, its about believing in yourself and getting off the couch and getting to work.
