I have been interested in real estate investing for as long as I can remember. I have spent money on many different programs as well as tried to rehab an out of state property(which did not work too well because the person fixing it ripped me off).
Now that I have read Dean's books I know I have the knowledge and self-confidence to move forward. I have always found good deals, I just did not know how to go about making them happen!
