charlie-d here. Why not try ask.com or google real estate. I'm sure that you will find something. After awhile everything will fit together like a puzzle. I started in Mar 09 and I'm getting close to finishing the puzzle. That's how I look at it.

Hey,thanx for the post. Actually I been working with a real estate agent, lender, and contractor. It is a puzzle-I been putting mines together. I just have to fit them together and hope I get a deal soon.

I need to build my team..but am having trouble finding the connections. I have a list of buyers so far but dont know what to do since most think i have being doing this for a long time! Agghh, I dont like pretending specially when i dont know much and if you dont have experience nobody is willing to give you a chance...
