Hello jenni: I hope you don't think I was trying to dodge your question about REA commission. To tell you the truth, I did not really know how that part works. I can advise you that when you find a REA that you like ask him or her if you can go along with them to an actual closing, and just sit there in the back of the room and see how the process goes. You can try to go to several closings. I am planning to do this next week, myself. While there, write down any questions that you come up with and ask your REA if they can help you learn more.
