Hello fellows:

I am a newbie to real estate. Although I am not thirty, I plan to attain my financial goals within the next few years; so, we can all help each other thanks to Dean and Team!

I just wanted to know if someone could tell me EXACTLY what forms to use for an assignment deal. Also I will be starting out by bird dogging for other investors in my area. I know that I have to find the property, do the comps, rent analysis, etc. but do I have to go look at the property as well? I ask because I will not be purchasing it, just finding it for a fee. Any advice will be appreciated. What would you do?
