I'm 34, transplant from Boston, now living in Brooklyn for almost 3 years. Background is in architecture and have been working freelance for about a year. Flexible schedule has been great, but work has really slowed down the past few months. So after having read BARM a year+ ago, I recently picked up Profit from Real Estate Now.

Since I have limited funds to pull from, I have started searching for properties to 'bird dog' to other investors to raise some initial cash. I've connected with 1 or 2 investors, but am still working on getting the leads pushed through to final sale.
