I am looking to establish a partnership with like-minded investors to first invest in houses and small multi-family properties then after about 6 months to 18 months move into apartment buildings.
I have 11 years experience in plumbing and general construction as well as sales and marketing businesses. I've started in RE investing last year in NC and I rehabbed and flipped 2 deals and I own 1 property in Rocky MOunt, NC. I want to aggressive in this market as I recognize this is an opportunity that we will not see for some time.
