Hello all,

My name is Josh and I currently live in Mooresville, NC (just north of Charlotte). I like so many of you saw Dean on TV and I just got tired of always saying, "I wish I would've bought property here 10 years ago". I bought BARM (I'm currently reading it)and so far it's been exciting and uplifting. I'm really nervous and don't know anything about real estate but I know with Dean and everyone here's help I will be able to do it.
