I received Deans books, "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and "Profit from Real Estate..." as a birthday gift (by request)in July, 2009 and read both cover to cover. They were like magnets in my hands! I am in the process of re-reading them a second time and visit this site daily just to stay motivated and inspired by all the positive comments and the inspiration of the new people like myself. Although I haven't done any deals yet (fear can be paralyzing) I hope to get out of my comfort zone and move forward because my life is calling me to change!!!!!!
