Yesterday,I was convinced I could do anything. No one close to me really thinks I'm going to do this. I'm finding deals and shadowing with wholesalers to get some extra learning and confidence knowing there are real people doing this successfully. I was with them; I saw it. I guess I'm just frustrating because I want to buy,fix,and sell some properties I've found(real good deals)but I don't have the money up front to get started.
I just want to learn as much as I can while meeting others who could encourage me when others doubt.

Hi -
I joined about the same time you did and am busy learning all I can. I had an insurance background, but the real estate industry is mostly new and I'm fascinated. I believe this is THE TIME to get in on the best buys in real estate. If there is any way that we an help one another, I'm happy to so do so. I'm in a different part of the state -- Northern New Haven and Litchfield Counties. But it seems that no matter where you go, there are tons of properties for sale, prices are low, mortgage rates are low, and the unemployment rate looks just a bit better, so I'm optimistic. I am quite strapped for funds right now and will be concentrating on wholesaling for a while, but I keep my eyes and ears opened for all kinds of good deals. What are you focusing on at this point?
