I talked to Ryan (real estate couch) the last night and really understood everything. I am more clear about the first steps and procedures. I had so much information in my mind and did not how to organize them. Today and tomorrow I'll finish the 70% of the lessons and reading so on Monday I will call my first contacts, wow!.

I scheduled my first meeting to be on Friday, October 30th, 2009 with some Agency here in Puerto Rico and will assist to the investment club in November!..

Hi!.. I had my first meeting today with a Broker, I told him "my ideas"(Dean's ideas) and he thought it was good strategies and will help me to get loans(mortgage) for my buyers and also knows hundreds of Realtors. Tomorrow I am calling a friend who is a Realtor and a lawyer.

This weekend I am starting looking for my buyers and posting my services online!.

Sorry, I took a break since Friday but still thinking about my techniques and ideas. I got a new phone to start with my ads this weekend, i promise people!.

I haven't talked to anyone since Friday but my meeting that day was good and I offered them my engineering services and will call them soon. My friend works in that office REO.

ok. I'll go back listening "Assignment of contract" to see if i finish with this tough lesson for me.

I just finished the lesson and didn't understand at all. So many details, I think that tomorrow am calling my couch!..

wow!. My boss gave me the last week more responsibilities and I am working 12 hours a day, it is hard to do everything I want as working out, reading and doing my investment plans. But I am still here and will make it. I will keep go on and am going to post my ads and establish conversations again with my coach.
