I am a Father of a little boy about to turn 1 in Feb, and a Husband of 2 years to a beautiful woman i have known for 4 years. I recently finished reading Dean's book, and am anxious to get started. about 1 1/2 years ago i worked at the bank and saw the commercial and bought his books. i never read them bc people told me it was another "phase" about 1 week ago i saw the commercail again, and decided to start reading, and do something about my future. I am so excited to start working on this while I maintain my current job in customer relations for a fortune 500 company. I have always been the "sales" pareson and love meeting and speaking to people everyday. whatever i can use and share with others to be successful is my goal. i can't wait to look back at the end of this year to see what i have accomplished for me and my family!

HI, MY NAME IS ROLO, AND I JUST ABOUT FINISHED READING ONE OF DEAN'S BOOKS. I AM A NEWBIE AND AM TRYING TO GET ALL THE INFO I NEED TO GET STARTED. ANY AND ALL ADVICE WOULD BE A TREMENDOUS HELP. I HAVE NOT REALLY GOOD CREDIT, AND NO MONEY TO GET STARTED BUT THAT DOES NOT SCARE ME. I KNOWWWWW THERE IS A WAY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. Thank you! ya i noticed that after i wrote that we shouldn't use all caps. lol. i need to go update that. thank you for the info. im realizing everyone here is more than willing to help. i am though having trouble finding which contract to use here in texas for assignments. i can't seem to locate this. but i am def putting all my efforts into closing my first deal! hopefully i can get this done in feb.

I do have a friend that has $40,000 to buy a house cash,and i found a couple houses here in NJ from $20,000 to $30,000,but i don't want him to know that of course because i want to put the $10,000 in my pocket....
My question is how can i make a deal to the Bank without him know the right price???
Because I'm not a Real Estate Agent,also i don't have the $20,000 to buy myself and sell for $30,000?
Is possible to close a contract with the Bank or a Realtor without any money down?
Please i need help to close my first deal with u guys that are already in this business for long time.
If anyone lives in NJ like me it'll be very helpfull..

From what i understand when you do an assign, this will let everyone know what is being tossed around, or earned. you may want to look into a double-closing. this method seals the profit from each person, and would prob be best for you. you need to find a title company that will work with double-closing. you don't really need a real estate since you have both ends to the puzzle. all you really need is the double closing, and a title company willing to work with an investor like you. I hope this helps
