I am 20 years old and ready to start my long and prosperous life of real estate investing! I have always been intrigued by people that are financially well off. I started getting interested in REI when i was in high school. I soon realized after reading my first book of many on the subject "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki that I would never achieve financial success working paycheck to paycheck. I started reading/learning more about investing in Real Estate and have read dozens of books since! Although it seems like all the people I'm surrounded by either think I'm an idiot or setting myself up for failure I would like to meet new people on this site and gain insightful information, encouragement and/or just talk Real Estate.
The reason there are more poor people then rich people is that it is easier to say "I can't afford it," rather then ask the question, "how can I afford it?"
The moment you ask yourself the question, "How can I afford it?" your most important asset, your mind goes to work. If you use the excuse, "I can't afford it,” your mind goes back to sleep and you get back to working hard as a slave for money!!!

I truly appreciate it. I see you joined the site in August. Im curious, how have things been coming along for you? I hope youre not letting opportunity pass you by! I post every step I make in "Tracy Lynn's Journal". I would enjoy hearing from you there as well
