It's so funny you did that because I had only finished reading Rina's Glossary List a few minutes earlier and was thinking to myself wouldn't it be great if I could print that list out...don't they say, ask and you shall receive? I guess it's true : )

hi todd, welcome. i joined 8-16-09, and trying to get going. i to have the 'positive bug'. i am woudering how are you getting things together. 800 #, website, buyers lists... i can't seem to find anyone out here in oregon to meet up with, so i guess it's a long distance relationship. would like to pick your brain and get some insperation (sp). went to look at a house (bank owned) what a dump, they took appliances, cabinets lights, yes even the kitchen sink. not a good start. well by for now, Rick

I bought my second property for $89,000. It was a foreclosure. The people gutted it before they left. I'm talking jacuzzi, gone. Doors, gone. Even the toilets and Carpet!!
It was like the scene from Grinch. Purchased it, and in 2 months it was appraised at $240,000. Today, its over $360,000.
Dirt can be cleaned. Walls can be replaced. The first thing I want to do when buying a property is call for a 30yd dumpster and Fillerup!

Im a freelance photographer. I had to sell my camera though
