Soooo happy to be here and be together with like minded people!! I'm extremely positive, driven, and motivated person. I love the ocean, sports, and am part of the Challenged Athletes Foundation. I have an optimistic perspective on life since I became a paraplegic on 12/24/01 and had to re-learn how to walk. At your lowest point in life all that matters is the family and friends that are around you! My family and friends are my backbone and continue to motivate me to always push forward.

I'm new to real estate investing by leveraging other people's time, creating a power team, and using the techniques that Dean teaches. I bought 3 properties between 2001-2011. Then in February 2012 I purchased Dean's home study course, the 3 day seminar lead by Marc Hrisko and signed up for the success academy & boots on the ground where I was able to learn from RG Williams for 3 days. Just got back from the buying summit which opened my eyes even more to REI, making my short term goals/priorities much clearer. I closed my first deal the end of April (seller finance buy and hold). Still trying to complete my first assignment/ wholesale deal in the CA market.

I want to wholesale and find private money to create chunks of cash and then use those chunks of cash to buy and hold, producing cash flow which will allow me to replace my current job income. Recently set up my asset protection/entities and there's no looking back!
