Robbie, That is great news and I'll be sure to pray for your success in closing that first deal. The first deal always seems to be the toughess, but quite frankly I think they all have a unique difficulty to them even if you're employing the same strategy each time. To me that is the attraction I thrive on the challenge, and I still get butterflies even to this day.

Someone asked me once which is your favorite deal---I replied, the next one. I currently have a new deal in the hopper, just got the appraisal back, and I have 2 active lease options that I'm working on. Keep up the good work---"if God is for us, who can be against us."
