I am kind of stuck on the amount for the coaching. I have a solid understanding of the system and how it works, I just need to get my wife to buy in to me making an investment to get my bandit signs. I really like the idea of the automated phone system to screen your calls.

I am also wanting to use the automated system to find a real estate agent and a mortgage broker to work with.

I do own a small home base business so I'm able to take care of my wife and I on that.

Good afternoon,My name is Kendale Yawn and I am just about new to all of this.I am just about at the end of Deans book Profit from real estate and I am just so motivated,But I'm stuck and I don't know what to do or where to begin.I need to get over this fear that I have and get rid of the knots in my stomach and I will be okay.I want to go for a foreclosure and assign it on contract,I read about this in the book and I am so excited to use it.I have done some homework and found sooo many properties out here that are in foreclosure or that are in pre foreclosure.I can't believe how many of these are out here.I know that if I go for it and try to get one through an agent I can do it.What advice do you have for me.I would need someone who knows what they are doing as far as negotiating my deals,at least in the beginning.HELP,,,Where do I begin?And I live in Columbia,Maryland.I can see that once I begin,I am gonna make such great profits out here where I reside.Thank you for taking the time to read this and you have a blessed day.

Hey Walt, i talked to you briefly on the phone. I'm glad to of met someone in my area(or close to my area at least). We will both take this road of REI together, and hopefully progress and learn as time goes on.

What are the areas you plan on covering?

I plan to do: Ridgeland, Jackson, Madison, Gluckstadt areas since these surround me and are not far. I'm asking because occasionally people will move to different MS locations. Say, someone from ridgeland moves to Natchez. I'd have an interested buyer for you. Networking will work wonders!
