Hi Dean......While I was surfing the TV channels late one evening and worrying about the letter I just received in the mail from my bank showing a negative checking account balance plus my recent car repossession the night before for non-payment and losing my job all in one week,was an over the edge experience and hopeless situation. As I sat to watch TV and distract my mind from these problems I suddenly came across your informercial when you mentioned TODAY'S MARKET STRATEGIES and listening to the sincerity in your voice, especially when you said "NO MONEY DOWN OR CREDIT" made me come alive. People like me feel this is an impossible situation when zero is zero. The "Hope" in your voice stressing anyone could change their life and make a difference in their present situation kept flashing in my mind over and over. So I borrowed the money, got your book, read it and I have not found the property yet but I am not giving up until I become your next success story...so if I had to share an idea about "Stop the Channel and Change your Life" I would probably just add those words flashing in the background because your informercial is changing my life and I can't thank you enough for the hope to my future!

If I could be where you are & help you through making that first deal I would. You got a familia here so never think your doing this by yourself. You took the right step in listening to what Dean has to say in his books so don't be afraid to apply it for real to see results, don't think about it just do it.
