It's been a while since I put a blog up and I'm in a blogging mood so I thought I'd share this little story with you.

I gotta tell you guys something... Lately I've been checking out other forums and I must say Dean's is by far the best!! Now, I'm not saying this because I'm an "IC Superstar" whatever that is. LOL! I'm saying this because it's just the God's honest truth! Some of the members of these other forums are down right rude with their answers to questions from newbies. They're not moderated at all, unless it's advertising a service or business, other than that it's Thunderdome! I'm totally serious here!

I find that when I'm having a rough day or couple of days for that matter, that I need to let off some steam! Writing songs usually helps me do that, but I find that blogging also does that for me as well, especially if I'm stuck on a melody. So when I'm not in a 'musical' mood I turn to blogging because I don't have to rhyme, think of the melody or music and I don't have to get too deep. I just need to let off a little steam, that's all, just get if off my chest!

It's been a while since my last blog. Mainly because I've been distracted by so much turmoil going on all around me. Which inspired me to write about it... LOL!

My REI journey has been a long hard road. I've had my ups and downs like everyone else. Along my journey I've acquired specialized knowledge that has given me the privilege to help others along the way. Every day I work through my fears and challenges brings me one step closer to achieving my goal of becoming financially free. Although I keep my vision of that future in my head and reminders of all over my walls, I still have to remind myself to count my blessings each day.

When it comes to learning about investing in Real Estate there are a lot of gurus out there and they all say "their course is the best". But which course is really best, and why are they so darn expensive?
